Our mission
Sustainability made simpler, with one independent data layer.
Everyone in the chain decides on the same building data. SIMPLR makes that data complete, reliable and shared, without selling anything itself.
Data infrastructure
A building profile for every address in the Netherlands, built from public registrations, smart estimates and inspections. Every field carries its source and a certainty score, so you always know what a value is worth.
Watch how a building file worksConnecting
Banks, housing corporations, municipalities, advisors, installers and residents work from the same file, each under their own name. No transfers, no duplicate work, one figure for the whole chain.
See who works from one fileIndependence
SIMPLR does not invest, finance, sell measures or carry out work. Advice follows from the home, not from a product range, and the resident always chooses the contractor.
Read how we stay independentQuality
Estimated, registered and confirmed values are always shown separately. Up to 85% certainty per home before anyone visits, and every change stays traceable.

Business case · per property
What it costs, what it yields. Per property.
Payback period, increase in home value, subsidies and borrowing via the Warmtefonds: calculated per address. The resident chooses their own route.
Example: terraced house from 1978, 112 m², from label C to A+ in three steps.
€31,400 in measures, minus €6,900 in subsidies.
From €450,000 at label C to €477,000 at label A+.
€2,050 a year lower energy costs, plus €450 interest discount.
Own funds, the Warmtefonds or the mortgage. The resident decides.
Indicative. SIMPLR calculates this for every address.

What is SIMPLR?
The independent data layer under the sustainability chain: one file per building, with the source and certainty of every field. Client, advisor, contractor and resident work on the same building profile.
Does SIMPLR sell measures or installations?
No. SIMPLR does not sell measures and does not carry out any work. Installations and measures are calculated, not sold, and the resident chooses the contractor themselves.
How reliable is a profile before the inspection?
For homes, up to 85%. Each field shows its source and a score, so you know what a value is worth. Above that, we don't give a number.
Who sees a resident's file?
The resident themselves, the party through whom they use the portal, and the advisor or installer they choose. SIMPLR does not share the file with third parties.
Can I use SIMPLR under my own brand?
Yes. The resident portal and the professional portal run in your branding, on the SIMPLR data layer.
How does the licence work?
An annual licence based on portfolio size, with models and portals per home or building. The data layer is always included.
