Privacy statement.

SIMPLR, based at Johan Huizingalaan 400, 1066 JS Amsterdam, is the controller for the data of visitors to this website and of business contacts. For home data in the platform we act as a processor on behalf of the party offering the portal (bank, corporation, municipality, installer or consultancy firm). We sign a data processing agreement with every client as standard.

• Website and contact: name, email address, organisation and the content of your message when you request a demo or get in touch.
• Platform: address, building characteristics (build year, floor area, insulation, installations), energy label and performance, the source and certainty per field, and the audit trail (who changed what, and when).
• Account: name, email address, role and organisation of professionals who log in.

• Building and maintaining one dossier per building for the client and the parties it admits.
• Showing the dossier to the resident through the client’s portal.
• Security, logging and preventing misuse.
• Contact about a demo, a proposal or an agreement.

We share home data only with the client of the portal and with the advisor or contractor that the resident or client chooses. We don’t sell data and don’t share anything with third parties for their own commercial purposes. Hosting parties process data within the European Economic Area under a data processing agreement.

We keep dossier data for as long as the agreement with the client runs, and after that for no longer than the period agreed in the data processing agreement. We keep contact details for as long as needed for the contact, and at most two years after the last contact.

You have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. If you are a resident, a request goes through the party of your portal; you can also email privacy@simplr.nl directly. We reply within one month. You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
