Independent advice
The advice follows from the dossier. You calculate measures; you don’t sell them through the dossier.
Traceable work
What you confirm, you record in the dossier, with its source. Confirmed at inspection takes priority over estimated.
The resident chooses
The choice of contractor lies with the resident or the client, never with the platform.
Data processing agreement
Home data at address level is personal data; every partner signs the data processing agreement.
