Terms and conditions, in outline.

SIMPLR delivers a data layer with one dossier per building, the models and portals the client takes, and the related integrations. The service is delivered as software; SIMPLR does not sell measures and does not carry out work on buildings.

The client takes an annual licence based on portfolio size, plus the models and portals per home or building. You can extend at any time; the licence runs per year and renews automatically unless cancelled three months before it ends.

The client remains the owner of the data it brings in. SIMPLR uses that data only to deliver and improve the service, within the data processing agreement. The calculation core, the models and the software remain the property of SIMPLR.

Every value in the dossier carries a source (registered, estimated or confirmed at inspection) and a certainty score. An estimated value is an estimate, not a confirmation. The certified energy label is a separate module and is issued by a certified advisor, not by SIMPLR.

We aim for 99.5% availability per month, excluding announced maintenance. Our liability is limited to direct damage and to the amount of the annual licence, except in the case of intent or gross negligence. Decisions the client makes based on the dossier remain its own responsibility.

Dutch law applies to every agreement. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
