SIMPLR comes from inspection practice. For years we sat in people’s homes to survey them. What we saw there is the reason this platform exists.

Making homes sustainable is not a lack of ambition. It is the lack of one shared picture of the building. The result is duplicate work and too little getting done.
One dossier per building.
The independent data layer under the sustainability chain, with the source and certainty of every field. Client, advisor, contractor, municipality and resident work on the same dossier, each under their own name. We don’t sell measures and we don’t carry out work, so everyone can trust the same figure.

Advice follows from the dossier, not from a product range. The resident chooses the contractor.

Estimated, registered and confirmed at inspection are always kept apart. Every change is traceable.
