This website and the portals should be usable by everyone, including with a screen reader, with only a keyboard or with a magnified view.

What we aim for
We work to the WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA for this website and for the resident portal and professional portal. Headings, buttons and forms can be reached with the keyboard, contrast meets the standard, and images that carry meaning have a text alternative.

What isn’t finished yet
- Some interactive visuals have a text alternative, but not every interaction in them can yet be fully operated with the keyboard.
- Not all portal demos have been tested with a screen reader yet.

Reporting a problem
If you run into something, email toegankelijkheid@simplr.nl with the page and what goes wrong. We reply within five working days and fix it or offer an alternative.
