One dossier per home. Every value carries its source and a score, so you know exactly what a figure is worth.
Registered, estimated or confirmed
Build year and floor area come from registrations. Insulation and installations are estimated until an advisor confirms them at your home. The three are always kept apart, with the certainty per field.
Who sees it
You, the party through whom you use the portal, and the advisor or installer you choose yourself. Nobody else. SIMPLR does not share your dossier with third parties.
What happens when something changes
Every change records who made it, what changed and when. A value confirmed at your home always takes priority over an estimate.
Your rights
We treat home data at address level as personal data. You have the right to access, correction and deletion. Ask via the party of your portal or via privacy@simplr.nl.
Logging in
You log in with your own party.
SIMPLR has no resident account of its own. You log in through the portal of the party that invited you, in its house style. That is where your dossier is.
