SIMPLR started in inspection practice: years of sitting at people’s kitchen tables to survey their homes. That is where we saw every party in the chain start again from scratch. The bank knows something, the advisor measures something, the installer calculates something, and the resident gets three different stories. SIMPLR is our answer: one independent dossier per building, with the source and certainty of every field.
Where we are this autumn
- Home module in pilot at a major bank, running from August to November 2026.
- The resident portal is live, and thirteen portal demos are ready for professionals, one for each role.
- A coverage map of the Dutch housing stock, so every client can see what is already known about their addresses.
- A calculation core on the national calculation method, sharpened with knowledge from inspection practice.
What stays the same
SIMPLR doesn’t sell measures and doesn’t carry out work. Advice follows from the dossier, not from a product range, and the resident always chooses the contractor. Estimated, registered and confirmed at inspection are always kept apart. That is what lets every party in the chain trust the same figure.
Up to 85% certainty before the inspection is what we can substantiate. Above that, we don’t give a number.
